"Telangana Academy of Excellence" is a registered non-political & not for profit organization with a registration number 243/2010 under Public Societies Registration Act 2001. TAE is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This provides certain exemptions from Income Tax for the donating/sponsoring parties. This exemption under the 80G has been granted by the director of Income Tax (Exemption). Telangana Academy of Excellence is also registered Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

HMTV would be partners for the Telangana 10K Run and would telecast the event between themselves and their sister channels. The Telangana 10K Run thus becomes a national property in this edition. In addition to the live coverage, the event shall be promoted across the channels.
